We offer flexible options. You can either use our delivery service or pick up the items at our store: G/F, Island Building, 439-445 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay.

We will schedule and confirm with you the delivery date or inform you the when the products are ready for pick-up by phone and email within 2 business days upon receipt of your online purchase order.

Delivery Service

Delivery dates are subject to change based on destination address, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for delivery from our facilities. Also, orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we're able to deliver them to you. Delivery-date availability may vary by region. Please allow 5-7 business days lead time for delivery.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery to a single destination with Net Purchase of HKD 1000 or more on a single receipt.

Note: New Zealand FOCUS reserves the right to amend the delivery charges without prior notice.

If you would like to change the delivery date…

If we have scheduled a delivery time and you would like to change it, please contact us at info@nzfocus.com.hk at least 2 business days before the scheduled date. Otherwise, a double delivery charge will be incurred.

If no one answers the door at the time of delivery...

The scheduled delivery date and time is based on you and New Zealand FOCUS' mutual agreement. If no one answers the door upon the arrival of goods at the appointed time, the product will be placed in a secure area near the entrance. New Zealand FOCUS is not responsible for any loss or damage caused in such case.
